Hi Community,

I recently realized that some of the developers may had trouble reading and writting english, which is not the language of many around construct. Therefore, I implemented ACEs language files for what I consider the most common languages among the community. These translations where build with the help of IA, so if you find something odd or innacurate, feel free to point it out to fix them for the beta. 

Languages added:

• Spanish
• German
• Chinese Simplified
• Portuguese
• Ukranian

Only translations where added for this release, the framework is still without changes. If you have problems with the update, just let me know.
